Hell’s Kitchen Carmenere

Don’t get me wrong, I love to receive my shipments of private collection and exclusive wines. But you can still find me at Trader Joe’s or World Market discovering good bargain wines, for $25.00 or less. CONCHA Y TORO’S CASILLERO DEL DIABLO RESERVA CARMENERE is one of those finds.
The Carmenére is a grape originally imported from Bordeaux, that’s grown in the warm, Central Valley of Chilé. CASILLERO DEL DIABLO RESERVA CARMENERE has aromas of blackcurrant, chocolate, dark plum and spice.
If you’re a foodie or culinary show fan, maybe you’ve noticed, CASILLERO DEL DIABLO (translation: Cellar of the Devil) is the featured wine served on Chef Gordon Ramsey’s, Hell’s Kitchen. This Carmenere pairs well with aged cheeses and game meats.
